Hydraulic Shut off Valve for Concrete Pumps
Description
This is the hydraulic shut-off valve for concrete pumps, mounted right on the delivery line. We use it to instantly stop or release concrete flow during pump operation or maintenance.
When you pull the hydraulic control, the internal poppet seats tight against the flow. No concrete bleeds past, even under high pressure from the pump. That saves you from messy cleanouts and accidental blowouts.
The body is built from hardened steel, with replaceable wear plates inside. Our real-world tests show it handles up to 85 bar without leaking. You’ll find the same valve on Schwing and Putzmeister lines.
Installation is direct: bolt it between two pipe flanges, connect your hydraulic hoses, and it’s ready. No special tools needed—just standard pipe wrenches and a grease gun for the pivot pin.
Keep the cartridge clean and check the seals every 500 hours. That’s it. This valve outlasts most pump trucks if you flush it with water after heavy grout work.
